Rehabilitation is work, takes time, and is not easy. But dedication to the goal over the long term will get you to a different place than you are now. The purpose of your rehabilitation has to be bigger than the positive feelings about rehabilitation, because sometimes those positive feelings don't always show up. Give it 3 months, 6 months, a year....and even if you feel unmotivated or tired the whole time but keep showing up consistantly for your own body you will end up in a different place than where you started.
