I’m sorry to be the one to say it… but we need to talk about Christmas. In September 🫪

If you’re due for your neuromodulator treatment around now, this is actually the perfect time to start planning for the holiday season.

Why? Because if you’re treated now, your next treatment window lands right around the time Christmas parties, family photos, work events and all the holiday chaos start filling up the calendar.

And before anyone gets any ideas 😌 . I will not inject you early just because you have an event coming up. Treatments must be appropriately spaced, and I require a minimum of 12 weeks/3 months between treatments.

So if you know you want to be freshly treated for the holidays, work backwards with me now.

✨ Enjoy your results
✨ Reach your 12-week mark
✨ Treat again before your holiday events

Because realizing in December that your Christmas party is next weekend and you’re only 9 weeks out is… unfortunately not a loophole 😂

Your injector should be someone you can ask the “stupid” question, change your mind with, admit you have no idea what you booked to, and tell the entire unhinged backstory to 😂

But here’s the biggest thing:

Remember, this is elective. You don’t need any of it.

You don’t need filler. You don’t need wrinkle treatments. You don’t need lasers or perfect skin.

If you choose to do something, my job is to educate you, keep you safe, tell you when I think something is worth doing, and tell you when I think it isn’t.

Come with questions. Come undecided. Come exactly as you are.

I’ll bring the clinical judgment and somehow still remember what happened with that guy you told me about three appointments ago 💀🤍

Same face. More harmony ✨

This is one of my favourite examples of how small, strategic changes can influence the way the entire face comes together.

We treated two areas: the chin + cheek

The chin was treated to improve projection and proportion through the lower face, while the cheeks were treated strategically to provide subtle structure and support.

And when you look at the before and after, there isn’t one feature screaming for attention.

That’s the point.

Her lips didn’t suddenly need to be bigger.
Her cheeks didn’t need to look “done.”
Her chin didn’t need to become dramatically different.

Every injection was made intentionally so her existing features worked more harmoniously together.

Good aesthetic medicine isn’t about how much we can change. It’s knowing where a small change can make a big difference.

You know you’re an aesthetics patient when… 😂

You want it subtle, you’re terrified it’ll be “too much,” you secretly love the swelling, and somehow every appointment ends with:

“Okay but… what else can we do?” 👀

And my favourite part? Sometimes the answer is nothing.

Because the goal was never to find something wrong with your face. It’s to enhance what makes sense, leave alone what doesn’t, and make sure you still look like you ✨

Nothing humbles you quite like catching your own reflection after a full day of making everyone else feel beautiful💀

Apparently I’ve been out here boosting confidence all day while looking like I personally fought every appointment on my schedule.

Really grateful my personality seems to be doing a lot of heavy lifting around here 😂

You leave feeling refreshed, balanced and confident.
I leave looking like I need to be booked in next.

Basically, I’m giving “do as I say, not as I currently look.” 💀😂

A little Tox . A little filler. A lot of SPF. And absolutely no obligation to explain any of it to a man who thinks “natural” means you woke up like this. 😂

Do what makes you feel good. Keep it subtle, keep it safe, and for the love of good filler — stop asking men who don’t get treatments or use 3-in-1 in the shower if they like filler. They don’t even know what they’re looking at it.
