Trauma Resolution Centre is excited to share a recording of our most recent Lunch & Learn, “The Power of Neurofeedback,” created to help spread awareness about the many ways this gentle, brain-based training can support with improving mental and physical well-being.
Neurofeedback is a non-pharmacological, non-invasive approach that helps the brain learn to self-regulate, often leading to improvements in focus, mood, sleep, and overall resilience.
This presentation is designed for families, individuals, and professionals who may be experiencing or supporting people struggling with:
