Starting August 1, visit Burns Bulk Food at 118 Kent St W in Lindsay to pick up a special candy mix featuring CMHA HKPR‑themed green, blue, and white treats — gummy pears, sweet puffs, sugared apples, gummy frogs, blue sharks, and more. 🍬🐸

It is not a sign of weakness. PTSD is a mental health condition that can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed trauma, regardless of age, background, or profession. Symptoms may appear weeks, months, or even years after the event.
