July was a flourish of activities and fun all month long at the Lakefield Adult Day Program! We enjoyed a lovely visit from LAWS with 4 new and cute furry friends, planted our beautiful outdoor summer flowers, dressed for the Blue Jays and Baseball day and even had a visit with Santa. Of course, staff asked to have an annual Xmas in July photo and Santa happily agreed.

Clients & staff enjoyed country music with new entertainment and had a packed dance floor! We finished the month off with an artistic flare and painted some paper flowers.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far!

☀️ It has been a busy month of fun at the Peterborough Woodland Adult Day Program! 🍉

We kicked things off by celebrating Canada Day with festive treats, music, and great company. We embraced the holiday spirit early with a fun-filled Christmas in July celebration, enjoyed sweet summer memories at our Strawberry Social, and had the special honour of celebrating a 101st birthday! 🎉

🍓 June was full of fun at the Cobourg Adult Day Program! 🎉

We celebrated with a Strawberry Social, enjoyed our new giant-sized Kerplunk game, and were proud to have VON staff represent the Day Program at the Third Annual Seniors Seminar hosted by David Piccini at the Cobourg Community Centre.
