I feel that so often when people go to a therapist’s office. It is an office. You open a door, take an elevator, look for a room number, and walk in. It feels very formal and very professional, which works really well for a lot of people.
But when you come into this space at Hope Art Therapy, you aren’t walking into a clinical office. You are walking into a creative space. It is just you and me, and the space itself helps you realize that you can truly be yourself here.
To do good therapy, you have to feel safe where you are. Not just with the person you are talking to, but with the entire setting around you. Having that safe, unique space is so important if you want to be vulnerable and do the deep work you are here to do.
If you are ready to see how a creative space can change your therapy experience, let's connect.
