Cinnamon is a wonderful allie as a protector and manifestor. It can shift your perception and allow you to see perceived blocks that prevent you from moving forward. It can increase your mental focus and clarity and connect you to the divine and your intuitive clair senses. You can burn it as incense, diffuse it as oil and even annoint objects and candles to bring in it's energy.

As nature invites us to slow down + go inward + retreat, the polarity of the holiday season can lead us closer to overwhelm & burnout rather than rest.

For the month of December, I'll be hosting POP UP Somatic Rest sessions via Zoom.

First class is this Tues Dec 2 | 7:30pm | Zoom

Take 30 minutes and invite in some gentle, somatic movement, deep breathes & restorative stillness into your life. Your nervous system will relax, tension will melt away, breath will deepen and you will feel more present after EVERY class.

No experience or special equipment is required. Just a comfy spot on the ground/your bed, a cozy blanket and a fluffy pillow.
