I believe that the space we create together in therapy should feel nurturing and rooted in presence and connection. Yesterday, we arrived into the Wisdom Within Immersion with a practice from Ally. Today, Laura invites us to explore Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, and our next invitation:

Connected to the element of water, the Sacral Chakra invites us into sensation, emotion, creativity, pleasure, and flow. Today's gentle Hatha Yoga practice creates space to move through the hips and pelvis, breathe, soften, and notice what is here without needing to change it.
