🌿 What’s the difference between somatic healing and traditional therapy?

Traditional therapy often begins with the mind — exploring thoughts, emotions, patterns and past experiences through conversation and reflection.

Somatic healing brings the body into the conversation, creating awareness around physical sensations, breath, tension, emotions and nervous-system responses. It can help you notice not only what you’re feeling, but where you’re feeling it in your body.
