Stepping away from the clinic table to practice what we preach ✨

As therapists, our days are spent doing intense hands-on work to help our patients release tension, manage chronic pain, and realign. But to give the absolute best clinical care to everyone who visits our tables, making sure our own bodies and minds get a rest is a must!

We are incredibly lucky to have a powerhouse team of 5 Registered Massage Therapists at our clinic.

Today, our collective Monday reset looks like:
☕️ A quite cup of coffee: taking time to slow down and refuel
🪴Fresh air in the garden: stepping outside to clear the mind
💻 Reviewing the clinic schedule: getting everything prepped for the busy week ahead

You cannot pour from an empty cup - and that goes for our therapists and our patients alike! Whatever your reset looks like today, make sure to take a few minutes just for you!
