Insurance companies recognize game ready as a medical device to accelerate recovery post surgery. I can supply an estimate for you to submit to insurance along with your prescription for predetermination of coverage.

The cost for the 2 week minimum is $600 plus

tax. At the end of the 2 weeks you have the option to extend weekly at $300/wk. We deliver the game ready system and wrap to your home 3 business days before surgery and include a return UPS label.
