Shaking off those last-minute pre-school jitters! 🤸‍♂️✨

As the final weekend of summer kicks off, big feelings and nervous energy can start to creep in ahead of the new school year. 🎒

Bouncing on a trampoline gives powerful proprioceptive input (deep pressure to muscles and joints). This "heavy work" is one of the quickest ways to help ground a child's nervous system, ease anxiety, and promote emotional regulation before big transitions.

We want to wish all of our TFH families a safe, happy, and fun long weekend! Take time to rest, play, and make those last summer memories together. 🇨🇦☀️

✨ : Pause, ground yourself, and take a breath. ✨

If you’re feeling that mid-week fatigue, pause for 30 seconds and remember this:

“Grounding yourself doesn’t mean solving everything at once... it’s just taking a moment to feel present.” 🌿

Ever wonder how small sensory inputs can help reset a tired or overwhelmed nervous system? Tools like our Vibrating Sensory Ball are designed to do just that.

With its ridged silicone texture and gentle, adjustable vibration levels, holding it in your hands or resting it against your feet provides immediate deep pressure and proprioceptive feedback; helping turn mid-week stress into a moment of calm and focus. 💙

Progress isn’t always about pushing faster; sometimes it’s just giving your body what it needs to recharge.

Save this post for when you need a gentle mid-week reminder, or share it with someone who could use a little extra calm today! 📌
