Hand numbness isn't always carpal tunnel syndrome.
Another possible cause is Pronator Teres Syndrome, a condition where the median nerve becomes compressed in the forearm near the elbow. Because the symptoms can feel very similar to carpal tunnel syndrome, it's important to get an accurate assessment before starting treatment.
If you're experiencing persistent hand or forearm discomfort, our physiotherapists can assess your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you recover safely and effectively.
