A program for Care Partners across the southeast region.

In partnership with the Reitman Centre, Sinai Health, Providence Care is offering a program for Care Partners across the southeast region.

Caring for a family member with dementia is a challenging and emotionally demanding role. Enhancing Care for Ontario Care Partners helps care partners across Ontario manage the stress and complexities of caring for persons living with dementia.
