(one of many definitions for each, pulled from the trusty web)🤓
I am NEITHER of these things, not even close. I AM a Certified Personal Trainer with the Ontario Fitness Council and have my PN1 Nutrition Certification. Titles like ‘expert’ or ‘specialist’ take yearsssssss of learning and knowledge testing. Years!
My Fitness & Health diploma took me 2 years and allowed me to get my OFC cert. And my PN1 luckily only took me a few weeks with my background on the subject 🙂
I will happily share information with anyone and everyone that I’ve learned along the way, and admit when I don’t know the correct answer to something. 🤷🏻♀️ I merely love health and fitness, and want to be able to share what I know with the world in the best way that I can.
Be mindful of information you absorb and the sources you’re obtaining it from. Information doesn’t have to necessarily come from a doctor or Ph.D to be reputable, but a soft reminder to always be conscious and validate your sources and not to be afraid to ask questions when it comes to something as important as your health 💘
