🎒 Back to school is here!

New routines, earlier mornings, packed lunches, homework, activities… and somehow, we’re expected to keep up with it all. 😅

If you’re a parent, don’t forget that you’re part of the back-to-school routine too. ❤️

Take a little time to slow down, breathe, and take care of yourself.

Whether your shoulders are feeling the weight of the backpacks, your back is tired from busy days, or you simply need an hour to relax, massage can be a great way to give your body—and your mind—a little reset.

✨ New school year.
✨ New routines.
✨ Don’t forget yourself.

I’m happy to share that I’ll be slowly returning to work starting April 24th 🤍

As I ease back in, I’ll be working a limited schedule of one day per week to ensure I can continue offering the same quality of care you’re used to.

At this time, priority booking will be given to current clients, as availability will be limited.

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and trust — I truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing you again soon.
