Our Team Members at Purdy Ideal You have all struggled with our weight, so we know what that feels like. We make ourselves available through Text, Email or even Facebook outside of regular centre hours for support or to answer any questions our clients may have about the protocol. We all love to cook too, so we are always ready and willing to “talk food” and share tips, tricks and recipes to help our clients get fulfillment from their food choices and not feel the typical diet deprivation.

It was definitely hot outside
And I was definitely done with making excuses
I had some free time and I could have cleaned my house probably
I could have probably just relaxed for 5 minutes
I said I was going to move in phase 3 and today's the day.
I walked up my driveway and sprinted back down for half an hour.
Put on my headphones while the baby was sleeping and rocked out in the driveway
Good thing I have a long driveway 💪💪💪

This program is nothing new to me I've been with Ideal Protein since my 20s.

Different goals this time around, health is at the forefront, and how I feel is keeping me motivated.

I am in control of my own life and I want a life that shows my kids that I am worth working hard for💪
