If you're a woman over 40, gaining belly fat, and feeling stuck no matter how "healthy" you eat...

I know:

Quick Nutritionist tip:
Instead of skipping breakfast or just having coffee, try adding 25-30g of protein + fibre in the morning. Think: Greek yogurt + berries + chia seeds or eggs + whole grain toast + fruit.

This helps stabilize energy, appetite, and blood sugar which matters more than most women are told in midlife.

• Tu manges moins.
