Of course you want to lose weight.

There’s nothing wrong with that.

But here’s the question...

How do you want to get there?

Because there is a big difference between losing weight and getting healthy.

One leaves you hungry, exhausted, and starting over every few months.

The other helps you build energy, confidence, strength, and a body you can actually trust again.

The women I work with want to lose weight.

But they also want to feel confident in their body, have more energy, and stop obsessing over food.

That’s why we focus on health first.

The weight loss becomes a byproduct, not the entire goal.

And that’s what makes it sustainable.

✨ Let me be your guide for real-world nutrition advice for women 40+ who want to feel stronger, healthier, and like themselves again.

Ready to get started? DM me HEALTH.

If you're a woman over 40, gaining belly fat, and feeling stuck no matter how "healthy" you eat...

I know:
• You've tried eating less.
• You've cut carbs or tried fasting.
• You're doing more cardio and even crunches... but your belly still won't budge.
• You're frustrated because your body no longer responds the way it used to.
• You miss feeling life yourself in your body.

Here's the truth: in midlife your body is going through hormonal changes and it needs a different approach, not more restriction.

Quick Nutritionist tip:
Instead of skipping breakfast or just having coffee, try adding 25-30g of protein + fibre in the morning. Think: Greek yogurt + berries + chia seeds or eggs + whole grain toast + fruit.

This helps stabilize energy, appetite, and blood sugar which matters more than most women are told in midlife.
