If you’re a high-achiever who can lead a room… but by 3pm you’re:
— dragging
— craving sugar
— more reactive than you want to be
— relying on coffee to “push through”
This isn’t always a discipline problem.
Often, it’s rooted in physiology.
When your body isn’t getting steady support, your energy, focus, and stress tolerance can feel wobbly, which makes leadership, and life in general, harder than it needs to be.
There are some simple and effective ways to start to steady this?
Here is one small reframe that can have a big impact.
✅ Build a protein-forward breakfast
(eggs + fruit, Greek yogurt + berries, or a protein smoothie)
✅ Let breakfast come first, then enjoy your coffee.
Make coffee a boost, rather than the base.
This is the foundation I look at first during high-pressure seasons because your nervous system can’t “mindset” its way out of being under-supported.
Save this for your next high-pressure week.
