Yoga with Courtney I am a 200 hr yoga instructor certified through Yoga Alliance. I teach a gentle Hatha style yoga class suitable for all bodies and abilities!

I incorporate my personal faith into my teaching and I wholeheartedly welcome those of all faiths and beliefs. Classes are held in the Trinity Community Hall, the white building with the blue roof. Enter around the back of the building, there is off street parking available.

Happy Monday!! I don’t know about you all but June sure snuck up on me!!

I hope to see you all at class tonight! Our intention for tonight is trust. ✨

We will have 5 Mondays in June so for those who want to pre-pay for the month it’s $65 ($13/class). Payment can be sent via e-transfer to [email protected] or you can bring cash to class tonight. Drop ins welcome, $17/class for drop-in.

So it’s official! We are a go for Monday nights at 7-8pm at the Alberni Natural Health Group building, 4711 Elizabeth Street in their studio room/gym (to the left at front entrance up the stairs), starting April 13th!

Drop-in is still $17, and you can pre-pay for April for a discount, $39 for the month (a savings of $4 off per class!).

Hi everyone, I apologize for my lack of communication this past month. I am still getting treatments from my car accident and I am still not 100%.

I know I had originally said that I was only taking December and January off from teaching yoga. But unfortunately I am not quite ready to start teaching yoga again.

I will see how I am feeling in a few weeks and will let you all know if I am ready to start up again in March.

I appreciate your patience and understanding! I’m missing seeing you all and I hope you’re all well! 💞🙏🏻

Hey yoga fam!! I apologize for my minimal communication, life has been tossed upside down a bit for me lately!

Yes!! There is class tonight!! And I hope lots of you can come as it’s going to be our last class for a couple months. Due to some recent family struggles (my dear brother in law is in the hospital with a very aggressive brain cancer in only a matter of weeks), I am stepping away from teaching yoga for the month of December and January. I hope to start back up again in February, but will need to see how things are going with my family. I will do my best to give everyone lots of notice when I do start back up again! Thank you for your understanding and I would be so grateful for your prayers for my brother in law Jon and my whole family if you think of us. 💞🙏🏻
