Our community-based senior mental health program helps more than 175 older adults every year stay in their homes, maintain their health, and avoid unnecessary hospitalization or long-term care. With services like:

✔️ Rides & support for appointments
✔️ Grocery help & food security
✔️ Friendly check-ins to reduce isolation
✔️ Eviction Prevention - Hoarding intervention

All of this—for just $2,100 per year per client. Compare that to $3,000+ per month for institutional care.

For those who are curious about the status of the Kelly Ave development, here is your update!

The province purchased 2365 and 2371 Kelly Avenue in Port Coquitlam in June 2021. BC Housing is partnering with New View Society on a proposal to provide approximately 60 new homes on this property for people living with a mental illness. The proposed housing with
