High-protein chocolate ice cream 🍫🍦
Courtesy of our friend Ira — proving once again that dessert and protein can get along just fine.
Ingredients:
• 400g canned coconut milk
• 2 scoops CAN-WHEY by (Ira used Vanilla 🤍)
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
How to make:
1️⃣ Blend everything until smooth
2️⃣ Pour into a shallow container
3️⃣ Freeze for 3–4 hours
4️⃣ Let sit 5 minutes before scooping
That’s it. No ice cream maker. No fuss.
Just rich, chocolatey goodness with Canadian protein.
