How to choose a mastectomy bra?
Here are some guidelines:
Comfortable fabric
Look for soft, breathable materials—especially if your skin is sensitive after surgery.
Good support
The right bra should provide support without feeling tight or restrictive.
Choose according to your stage of recovery
Your needs immediately after surgery may be different from your needs months later. You may need a soft, front-opening or post-surgical bra initially, and a different style once you are fully healed.
You may want to choose your mastectomy bra based on what you're doing that day.
I will make another video showing different bras for various activity levels.
Most importantly: your mastectomy bra should make you feel comfortable, secure and confident.
