Hi 👋 its just me... Kat. I did this photo shoot with the lovely as sort of a sneak peek into my business.
What this photo shows is me pretending to work. How I actually work is very different.
As many of you know, I come from a dental background and in dental, we take Infection Control and PPE seriously.
My standards are high, this is how you will see me when I'm actually working:
🔺️ Hair tied back
🔺️ Level 3 surgical mask
🔺️ Face shield
🔺️ Disposable apron
🔺️ Nitrile Gloves
🔺️ Disposable Set Up, instruments
🔺️ Anything that is not disposable is barriered and wiped with a hospital grade disinfectant or tossed into the cold soak sterilization bath.
I didn't know it at the time, but all those years in dental were preparing me for the beauty industry.
One thing that surprises me about our industry is the general lack of knowledge around Infection Control.
When you take my Microblading course, I share all my knowledge with you like one big open book. I will teach you how to work safely to protect yourself and your clients. I encourage my students to hold themselves to the highest industry standards and that this practice always pays off !
