💜 When a community comes together, amazing things happen. 💜

Last Sunday, more than 340 hikers gathered in Port Dover to support hospice care throughout Haldimand Norfolk. Together, they walked, remembered loved ones, celebrated life, and raised funds to ensure compassionate care remains available close to home.

While the event has ended, the fundraising continues.

Every donation helps provide programs and services free of charge to local individuals and families when they need support the most.

Last Sunday, more than 340 participants laced up their shoes and walked 5 kilometres in support of hospice care across Haldimand and Norfolk.

While the walk may be over, the impact continues.

Many of our hikers are still working toward their fundraising goals, and there is still time to support their efforts. Every donation helps ensure that compassionate hospice programs and services remain available free of charge to individuals and families in our community.
