FREE VIRTUAL THERAPY 😁
Hello! My name is Adrianna Stalteri, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber, and I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. I am finishing my last few hours of my clinical practicum at Counselling Bruce County, and am offering free therapy to help me graduate on time!
Who do I work with & what can I help with?
I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image concerns, and relationship difficulties.
I also have a passion for working with individuals/athletes who are discovering that their sense of self has become inseparable from how they perform, and that is a hard thing to untangle, whether that is in sport, work, academics, or relationships. I have been there, and I know how challenging it can be. Do you feel like your worth is tied to how well you perform or how much you achieve? You might find yourself constantly overthinking, questioning your worth, or feeling like you’re never “enough.” These experiences can shape how you see yourself and show up in relationships, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally overwhelm. If this resonates with you, I would like to hear more about it.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy to help clients explore their experiences, build insight, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating.
