Primary Care Without Walls is a bridging program which allows patients to be seen, and any immediate needs met, with the end goal of transferring to a primary care provider in this area!

So, still here!

A reminder to all of those without a family doctor, or with a family doctor out of region, to register on Health Care Connect!

Our number of patients without access to care is staggering, but on paper, we only have about 16 people registered on HCC! We will never get funding for a new doctor or NP if we can't show that many people are waiting!
