✨ Return to Self with Reiki & Energy Work ✨
There are times in life when we carry stress, emotional heaviness, and stagnant energy without even realizing it. Over time, these energetic imbalances can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply not like ourselves.
My Reiki & Energy Work sessions offer a gentle, nurturing space to reconnect with your natural state of balance and well-being. Through hands-on energy healing, I work to help clear stagnant or negative energy, restore harmony to your chakra system, support your auric field, and encourage a renewed connection to source life-force energy.
During your session, you will in a peaceful, soothing environment, you will remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a massage table with supportive pillows and a cozy blanket. Together we begin with gentle breathing techniques and intention before moving into the Reiki healing process.
Many clients experience a profound sense of relaxation, inner peace, clarity, and renewed ease within both body and mind.
As I work, I often receive intuitive guidance from your Higher Self or Spirit Guides. At the end of your session, I share any messages that come through and allow time for quiet integration before you return to your day.
