Hi!

My name is Aaron Sawyer and I’m the owner and head trainer at Feel Good Company in downtown Port Hope.

My passion with fitness is helping people
get started with new routines that can lead to big life changes.

There’s so much opportunity to uncover once someone starts to create a routine of healthy habits but the hardest part for almost everyone is taking the First Steps.

I’ve been blessed to work with 100s of people from our community over the past 5 years and the most common challenge is figuring out how to start making positive changes without blowing up your life.

There’s a million ways for a new routine to go off the rails.

But with a little guidance, structure and support, you can implement new practices that create significant change without being overwhelmed.

This type of work can really help to alleviate life stresses, create a positive mental heath environment, build confidence and feel good in ways you didn’t know were possible.

That’s my favourite part. The impact has the potential to be enormous.

With all of that in mind, I’m really excited to launch a new program built for anyone having trouble getting started.

The new program is called First Steps and it’s designed to create change.

This is more than a fitness program. �
This is the most comprehensive offering to date from Feel Good Company and something I’ve been working on for a long time.

We’ll dig deep into creating new habits that are specific to you. We’ll identify the challenges that are creating stress abd anxiety and use those as a launch pad to a more peaceful mind, stronger body and overall confidence.

I’ll be right by your side through the process- we’ll take time to break down your lifestyle and make real time changes in a judgement free environment. There will be opportunities in the gym, in the kitchen and at -home to create a new path forward.

You’ll be thriving with food, moving with confidence, sleeping better and feeling proud of your progress.

You can count on compassion, encouragement and accountability and we’ll do our best to have some fun along the way.
