Interesting anatomy on this bicuspid. The patient presented with heat sensitivity and discomfort in the upper right. The 3 teeth were all preciously treated but the CBCT revealed an untreated B root with a narrow canal splitting off the main system. Located the canal and resolution of the symptoms expected.

External Cervical Resorption on the MB of the lower first molar. The tooth has been symptomatic with the tissues being quite irritated at the defect. The defect encroaches the pulp but I carefully cleaned the defect and there was a pinhole exposure of the MB canal. Bioceramic root repair material was placed and covered with flowable composite. At 4 months the tissues have healed well and the tooth remains vital and asymptomatic.

This 12 yo developed an acute apical abscess and had some swelling. The swelling subsided with antibiotics and then we proceeded with treatment. GW treated and 6 months shows nice healing. ❤️

Caught this 6 year follow up for the first molar that has a moderate resorptive defect that breached the furcal area. 2 visits, GW treated, Biodentine to seal the furcal perforation and Bioceramic sealer. The furcal area has healed well and stayed stable over the 6 years. Nicely restored with a full coverage crown.
