I have been an Usui and Karuna® Master Teacher since 2014.

Reiki offers uplifting vibrational space, the ability to give Reiki to yourself and others as a lifelong blessing, and the potential for clarity, sense of fulfillment and groundedness. Reiki is a Japanese techniques of relaxation and deep peace, and seeks to reduce stress, remove toxins, restore balance on all levels for the highest good.
