These are headwaters on the Oak Ridges Moraine, running clear and cold through the fall forest.

Your evening begins with Flowing Stillness, yoga nidra and sound with rest facilitator Kate Carson. Then a quiet night in the lodge, a homemade breakfast, and a slow Saturday morning forest bathing walk through our woods with certified forest therapy guide Randi Micklewright.

You’ll be home by Saturday afternoon, with the rest of your weekend still ahead of you.
