6 days hiking the fabulous Silhouette Trail in Killarney with Craig. 78 kilometres of adventure.

This was definitely the hardest physical challenge I’ve ever taken on and so worth it. The wilderness is rugged and untouched. The scenery was stunning. And the company was the best 🥰.

In last week’s Wellness Wednesday at Palmer Park, I had the privilege of guest hosting an “Ask Me Anything” health session.

Questions ranged from why older people tend to hunch forward and how to prevent it to the importance of posture to whether or not supplements are useful and if so which ones to why our kids seem so much sicker than kids 30 or 40 years ago despite advances in science and medicine.

It was a great discussion and even featured some demonstrations. Thanks so much to Sarah for hosting these amazing Wellness Wednesday mornings until September 16th!

This questionnaire was completed recently by a 70-year-old woman undergoing cancer treatment. Just LOOK at all the amazing changes she feels in her day to day life because her nervous system is healing with chiropractic adjustments.

When I tell people I see miracles every week in practice, this is the kind of thing I'm talking about. Kudos to her for not believing the people who told her that her poor health was as good as it was going to get. If you can breathe, you can heal.

One of my favourite parts of events like this is that no two conversations are ever the same 🤔.

Next Wednesday there won't be a formal presentation.

Instead, we're having an "Ask Me Anything" conversation about health at 🤸‍♀️🤩

No question is too small.

If it's something you've wondered about...
someone else probably has too.

👇 Tell me below...

What's one health question you've always wanted to ask?

Or come ask me in person!

If we want better health... it's time to start asking better questions.

We've become so used to accepting things like fatigue, headaches, stubborn weight gain, poor sleep, digestive issues, aches and pains, and hormone changes as "just part of getting older" or "just a part of being a busy parent".

But what if they're not?

What if they're your body's way of asking for something different?

Next Wednesday, I'll be joining Wellness Wednesday at Palmer Park for a relaxed, outdoor "Ask Me Anything" conversation.

Whether you're wondering about:
🌿 Women's health & hormones
🥗 Nutrition
💪 Exercise & healthy aging
🧠 The role of your nervous system
🦴 Chiropractic care for you and /or your kids
..or you simply want to learn how to feel better, I'd love for you to join us.

There won't be a formal lecture—just real conversations, practical advice, and a chance to ask the health questions you've always wondered about.
