So many people are exhausted from trying to keep up with what they "think" they should want out of life… 👇️⁠

The pressure to meet expectations, stay productive, follow certain timelines, or fit into specific roles can make it hard to hear your own voice underneath all the noise. 🌱⁠

And over time, people can lose touch with what they genuinely want and who they actually are outside of everyone else’s expectations.⁠

A lot of healing is learning to pause long enough to ask yourself: “Do I actually want this, or do I just feel like I’m supposed to?”⁠

You can be grateful for your life while still questioning whether parts of it truly fit the person you’re becoming. 💛

Checking in after a hard day. Saving someone the last bite. Sending the “text me when you get home” message. Making coffee for someone before they ask. 🫶⁠

Small acts of kindness can tell us so much about how people give and receive care, which is why they often connect so deeply to love languages, too. 🌱⁠

A lot of meaningful connections are built in those quiet little moments we almost overlook.⁠
