A workshop worth checking out if you'd like to better understand your relationship with food and start some meaningful conversations.
One of the most interesting parts of this workshop isn’t actually about food.

Most people already know some of the habits they’d like to improve. But healthy eating isn’t just about willpower… There are often routines, emotions, stress patterns, cravings, and unconscious habits influencing our choices long before we reach for food.
