A workshop worth checking out if you'd like to better understand your relationship with food and start some meaningful conversations.

One of the most interesting parts of this workshop isn’t actually about food.
It’s about the conversations we quietly have with ourselves around food.
👉“I’ve had a stressful day.”
👉“I’ll start again Monday.”
👉“One treat won’t matter.”
👉“I’ve already blown it today anyway.”

Most people already know some of the habits they’d like to improve. But healthy eating isn’t just about willpower… There are often routines, emotions, stress patterns, cravings, and unconscious habits influencing our choices long before we reach for food.

During my upcoming Nourished workshop in Port Perry, we’ll talk about WHY this happens and how understanding those patterns can help healthy habits feel more realistic and sustainable over time.

Anxiety is wild because you can be “fine” and still feel like your chest is carrying a secret storm.

You answer texts.
You show up to work.
You laugh at the joke.
Meanwhile your brain is running 47 worst-case scenarios in the background like it’s training for the Olympics.

If this is you, I see you. You’re not dramatic. You’re not weak. You’re not “too sensitive.” You’re just human.

Anxiety doesn’t mean you’re broken. Sometimes it just means you care deeply, think deeply, and feel deeply. And that’s not a flaw, that’s depth.

Tonight, try this:
Take one slow breath.
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Remind yourself: “In this moment, I am safe.”

You don’t have to fight every thought. Let them pass like clouds.

And if today was heavy, I’m proud of you for making it through. Even the quiet battles count.
