🌟Great News for our Team and our Area!🎉🥳

We are excited to announce that we have received new funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health that will allow us to attach 1,115 patients in the South Grenville area from the Health Care Connect waitlist and expand access to team-based primary care🥳.

We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity to welcome more patients to our primary care team and continue strengthening the care and services we provide to our community.

Our staff and their families came together to enjoy a delicious lunch, fun activities, and, most importantly, quality time with one another. This annual tradition is about more than just celebrating our team, it is an opportunity to get to know the incredible families who support our staff every day🎉
