Welcome to WillowGrove Pharmacy Prince Albert! Established in 2021, WillowGrove Pharmacy has grown from our network of clinical and practice experts across Saskatchewan. We provide clinical and medication distribution for patients and community partners in Prince Albert and remote Indigenous communities. Job Description

Prescription assembly
Proficient with data entry (Kroll)
Process customer transactions (Receive and release prescriptions)
Receive in-person and telephone refill requests
Provide Delivery and transportation services
Cultural competencies in working with Indigenous populations
Pill Pack Assembly
Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning and pharmacy maintenance
Drug order creation and receiving
Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)
Administrative Duties: return to stocks, expired medication reconciliation, manual claims
Adhere to and implement all applicable organizational standards Adhere to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures
Assist with other pharmacy operations as required


Qualifications and Technical Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy or hospital
Experience with Automation is an asset
Driver’s license required
Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast environment
Ability to multitask
Criminal Records Check required
(Optional) Cree or Dene language speakers will be strongly considered even with lesser technical experience
