We’re giving some of our equipment a little TLC with fresh upholstery. Nothing fancy just staying on top of the upkeep and making sure the equipment you use every day stays comfortable, clean, and looking sharp before our busy season begins!

It’s the little things that make a big difference.

Made a quick trip to Moose Jaw yesterday to pick up our new chest-supported row machine!

We had it set up first thing this morning so the legendary Earling halaand could show us the proper way to use it all he had to say was “nice”

We’re already loving this addition to the gym! 💪 Let us know what you think the next time you’re training back we can’t wait to hear your feedback!

🔥 This past month we’ve added two new pieces of equipment to the gym!

Reverse Hyper Extension – picked up all the way from Vancouver.
Dual Adductor/Abductor Machine – picked up from Regina.

We’re always looking for ways to improve the club and bring in equipment our members have been asking for.

And we’re not done yet… 👀

We’re waiting on one more unit, and trust us you’re going to love it! Stay tuned! 💪🔥

That time of year is here when we tackle upholstery repairs

We’ll be starting to re-upholster equipment that needs some attention, beginning Wednesday, May 6th, and continuing through into the following week.

During this time, some machines will be temporarily out of order.
