Introducing...Saturday Sessions!
A bi-weekly series featuring coping tools, information, and support for your mental health. Our first of the series is Circle of Control. This is a tool that you can use if you are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or just don't know what to do about a certain event or issue your are going through.
Identify what is bothering you - it could be a relationship struggle, or a life decision. Draw two circles, one inside the other. List what is in your control about the issue in the inside circle, and list what is beyond your control in the outside circle. Now, spend your time and energy on the things that are in your circle of control and practice letting go of what is in your outside circle of control.
