🦻CONSISTENCY ⏰

Did you know one of the most important factors for how well someone performs with their hearing aids is consistent hearing aid use.

It is recommended to wear your hearing aids everyday, even if you’re having a slow day at home.

However, hearing aids should not be worn in or around water or around loud sounds. Hearing protection is always number one!

If you have questions or feel like you need your hearing aids cleaned/adjusted - give us a call! We would love to help you hear your best!

✏️CHILDREN’S HEARIN 🙉

Children cannot always tell us directly that they are having a hard time hearing.

Here are four common signs a child may have hearing difficulties:
▫️Often asks for repetition,
▫️May have difficulties with school work or with attention,
▫️Complains of ear pain or leakage from their ears, or
▫️May have delayed speech and language skills.

If you have any of these concerns it may be best to have the child’s hearing checked by their family physician or local registered audiologist. Have any questions? Let us know!
