✨ Let’s Talk About What “House Cleaning” Really Means
If you’ve ever used different cleaning companies, you probably already know that no two cleaning businesses are exactly alike. We may all offer similar services, but what’s included, what’s considered an add-on, and what we simply don’t offer can vary from company to company.
That’s why we think it’s so important to be upfront about what you can expect from No BS Home Cleaning. Clear expectations make for happy clients AND a happy cleaning team!
Our standard deep cleaning services focus on the areas of your home that need regular attention kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, laundry rooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the home.
We offer recurring cleanings, one-time cleans, pre-list cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings. What’s included can vary slightly depending on the type of cleaning and what your home needs, which is why we always try to talk through everything ahead of time.
Then there are the EXTRAS! 🧼
Things like baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, inside ovens, doors, light fixtures, and other detailed projects are considered add-on services. As a homeowner myself, these aren’t necessarily things I need cleaned every time my house is cleaned but every once in a while, it sure is nice to have them done! 😂
Some clients add them occasionally, some rotate different extras throughout the year, and others may never need them. Keeping these services separate allows you to customize your cleaning and only pay for what you actually want done. We also run specials on our add-ons throughout the year!
if you have something specific in mind,just ask! We’ve had clients request all kinds of things over the years. 😂 If it’s something we can safely provide, we’re usually more than happy to work with you and price the additional time accordingly.
One thing we always want clients to understand is that hiring a cleaning service doesn’t automatically mean every possible cleaning task in your home is included in one standard price. Those extra detail projects take additional time, which is why they’re scheduled and priced separately.
Whenever possible, we love meeting clients for an in-person bid so we can walk through the home, hear what’s important to you, and make sure everyone is on the same page. For one-time cleans where we may not meet beforehand, we try to share information like this regularly so it’s always available right here on our page.
At the end of the day, our goal is pretty simple: you should know what you’re paying for and what you can expect when our team shows up. 🧼
