After running on reduced hours for a little while due to some family stuff, Moonstone Therapy is officially back to regular hours!

Thank you for all the patience, kindness and understanding while I took the time I needed. 💜

The treatment table is ready, regular hours are back, and I’m so happy to be back doing what I love.

I know Moonstone Therapy has been a little quieter than usual lately, and I wanted to take a moment to check in. 🤍

July and the beginning of August brought something my family and I weren’t prepared for. I watched my grandma become very sick, very quickly, and this week I’ll be saying goodbye to her.

For a little while, life outside of Moonstone simply needed more of me.

As I move through the next couple of weeks and slowly find my way back to something that feels a little more normal, I want you to know that Moonstone Therapy is open, I’m here, and I’m still here for you. 🌙

For the remainder of August, I’ll be offering limited hours while giving myself and my family the space we need.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support Moonstone, check in, share my page, recommend me, or simply give me a little grace during the quiet. It means more than you know.

Sometimes life asks us to be still for a little while.

I’m finding my way back. 🩷

If you grew up in the “walk it off” era, summer is basically your body’s annual revenge tour.

People tend to think stress is just mental, meanwhile your body is clenching your jaw, tightening your shoulders, wrecking your sleep, and making your nervous system act like a smoke detector with a dying battery.

Stress physically lives in the body, that’s why so many people end up with:

• neck tension
• digestive upset

Because every year people hit September completely burnt out.
Too much stress. Too little rest. Too many “I’ll deal with it later” moments.

Okay, it’s time I properly introduce the goodest boy you will see at Moonstone Therapy 🐾

This is Denver — my loyal sidekick, professional greeter, and the very serious head of quality control 😂

If you’ve been in before, chances are he’s already said hello. He loves a quick sniff and a little attention, but he’s incredibly well mannered and settles down quickly while treatments are happening. Most of the time he’s just happy to quietly hang out nearby and supervise the room like the important employee he is.

Truthfully… this is his space too, and he takes his responsibilities here very seriously 🩵

Clients usually end up leaving with two things:
A relaxed nervous system… and a new best friend.

Possibly a little extra dog hair too — but don’t worry, I have lint rollers ready because we believe in healing, not suffering 😂
