There’s some real tough times out there and whether we limp, stride, or get dragged through it our bodies as well as our spiritual/emotional selves are working hard. They deserve gratitude and a hug. Poor little things working so hard.

I had such a lovely time in Kamloops this weekend. A small group gathered to receive their Dig Deeper practitioners class as well as You and the Creator class.
Thank you Cheryl for hosting us and Kristin and Cheryl both for sharing your workspace. It has ignited my imagination to make changes in my own.
Congratulations to Cheryl, Lorrie and Kristin on furthering your education and enhancing your connection with yourselves and the Creator.
Penelope the wonder dog even got her own personal invite so she chaperoned us.

Yeah, so, I will call you on your malarkey. I can’t not! I mean, if I hear you in one breath tell me your life mission then in the next breath tell me how unimportant you are I just might have to come at you.

Clients don’t get to get away with staying clueless. It’s accountability baby. It’s learning how amazing you are while you shed the trappings of a messy world teaching you lessons.
It’s me having a great time pointing out the obvious, watching you laugh at yourself, and helping you move onto the next highest and best phase of your life.

Okay all you Theta peeps, remember to disconnect yourself from the community consciousness of disappointment over Covid travel closures. No point being all poopy about it. Remember to find joy where you can. The clearer you are in your facts without the emotions of being triggered, the more present you can be for yourself and others.

You deserve joy and are made of love. Rock it out.

We’re in a pivotal time of evolution. The human race has an opportunity to become a more compassionate, loving and evolved species. This can only be possible if we lean deeply on compassion and remember that all beings are equal.

Every encounter in your life is an opportunity to know the divine.

If we can remember and awaken the wisdom of all our lifetimes and even our infinite connection to source — we can guide this planet to a new and golden age of love.

Right now we see so much challenge, fear and hatred — we are being given an opportunity to heal the shadows of our species. Let this be a time of union and togetherness. Find compassion for others.

Call the Ancient One from within up and out — let them lead the way! 🌈🛸

Yep this. It takes a lot of courage to redefine yourself even when you can see all aspects of how you ended up here. I’m proud of you beautiful healing souls.
It’s okay to release the life that led you to this place, it’s also okay to hold on to pieces of it. You do what you need to do to get healthy. It’s our job to support you.

Reintroduce yourself to yourself 🌱
