Position: Clinical Lead, PAR (Casual)
Prince George Surgery Centre (PGSC) provides surgical and post-op care to orthopedic, general surgery, and cosmetic surgery patients in a unique ambulatory surgical environment. PGSC is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for the position of Clinical Lead, PAR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective leadership, mentoring, orientation, and nursing functions in the Post Anesthetic Recovery area while performing nursing duties.
The successful candidate, who is self-motivated and able to work independently, should have:
Recovery Room Certification and CRNBC registration
ACLS Certification or ACLS-motivated. We will assist with recertification.
Proficient in computer technology, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills; and proven ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
Excellent at working on projects and activities that require detail and accuracy
The ability to deal with sensitive situations and confidential information
