This is something you can do at night before drifting off to sleep. It takes two minutes to feel authentic gratitude for the good parts of your day and reset your mindset with gratitude (which is especially awesome on the “bad” days). The byproduct... It turns every day into a good day and primes your mind to keep looking for your wins the following day. Gratitude and positivity then become the default pattern, helping fight off the propensity to get sucked into negativity and anxiety.
