It is with a heavy heart that Iam letting people know I will no longer be doing any counselling and that I will be shutting down my business.Thank you to all my kind and amazing clients, you mean the world to me.Thank you all for sharing your worlds with me.My warmest regards to everyone.

With the colder seasons comes the darkness and sometimes seasonal depression.If you are going through a hard time please reach out, do not struggle alone.We need to help support each other and please remember counselling is for everyone. Please keep an eye out on family and friends that are struggling even if they tell you they are ok.Also please remember to be patient and kind with others, people are trying their best.Take care everyone and if you need help I can do emergency appointements.

Iam feeling so grateful for the family I have.Don't forget how quick life goes,enjoy your family and friends they are what matters in this world.The clothes, the houses the car all go away and won't be as important as the loved ones you hold near and dear to your heart.
