For years I was told I was high functioning A type personality. So much shame and unworthiness carried when undiagnosed - work harder, be better when women are typically misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression when having ADHD. The simple knowledge of being aware your mind doesn't work like others is so freeing yet causes grieving for a life that was missed. I see you and am here to listen.
