A year ago I made a commitment to myself and these ladies to complete
"Lil Chiggy Trail Run."

I had absolutely no clue what I was getting myself into.

Physically it was probably the hardest thing I ever accomplished.

27 kms, 1058 meters of elevation.

We all did it, we are sore but so better off because of it.

This is your reminder that you too can do hard things.
