Whether you are simply curious about yoga and have no experience or are a practitioner looking to refine your practice we have something for almost everyone. Classes explore the benefits of Hatha Yoga through breath work, physical postures and meditation enabling you to find balance in your day. E

ach class incorporates these elements differently giving you choice and variety in your yoga experience. Join Laurie for class either at Sun Studio or at Samasta Wellness & Yoga Home Studio. Laurie is an experienced Reiki Master and offers healing sessions by appointment. "Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then one is more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is too high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.” Combine the benefits of Reiki with essential oils for a unique detoxifying and balancing treatment, Essential Balance.
