The physical body responds to it's environment. Who you surround yourself with, is just as important and what you consume.

When we surround ourselves with the wrong people, treating us the wrong way, our skin, hair and nails will be the first warning sign.

The nervous and endocrine system know often long before our awareness kicks in.

We just vibrate differently when we are on the right track.

Another really cool project happening in Red Deer and I am so grateful to have been chosen! I'm excited to see this in action!

Let me be clear. I am no average golfer, and judging by how my back and shoulders felt the next morning, I burned about 70 000 calories!

Exercise doesn't have to be in the gym.
